Cary did an excellent job in the design, blueprinting and preparation for permits on our ADU. There is no way we could have done this ourselves due to the complexity and extensive regulations imposed by the city. Carey succeeded after two other building designers had dropped off our project. He stuck with us through thick and thin… wither it was a difficult roof to design, walls to make the building examiner happy, or jumping in with the county departments when we were at our wits end. Not only were his design ideas top notch, he saved us from the funny farm.
We love our new home and appreciate all the blood, sweat and tears that went into it.
