Hello My name is Donna Emigh. I have been working as a residential building designer in Santa Cruz County for 20 years. Designing new homes, home additions, remodels and ADU’s, and clearing code violations. I work with my clients to get them the space they desire while working with the local jurisdictions producing plans from design to Construction Documents (building permits).
