We provide a full range of design services for your building project including: site assessment and design, as-built plans, passive solar design, permit assistance and complete architectural drawings for your new home, remodel or ADU.

Tom Stewman, my son and associate, works with me on site mapping and creates the CAD drawings.

We have local, long-held relationships with engineers, Title 24, solar designers and geotechnicals. And we will guide and assist you through the permit process with the City of Santa Cruz, City of San Jose, Santa Cruz County or Monterey.
