Jacob was our prime contractor for our ADU from beginning to end and we could not have made a better choice. His attention to detail is amazing, he is exceptionally reliable and we appreciate his many suggestions to make the project more efficient and cost effective. His help in acquiring sub trades was invaluable and he was able to recommend some very good people and carefully supervised their work to assure competent and cost effective services. Jacob is easy to work with, knowledgeable of his trade, honest and reliable, we will be asking him to help us with our next project.

Jake drove over ther hill every day to remodel our home! He was/is trustworthy and very talented. His craftsmanship is exquisite. Even when he was swamped with customers and jobs, he always paid attention to detail and finished in a timely manner. He never left us hanging out there like so many other contractors do. You can see his beautiful work in the first few pictures on the site. That’s my house and three years later, it looks just as gorgeous!

Jake did a complete remodel on my bathroom. He carefully listened to my wish list and provided me with everything on the list – including all new fixtures and beautiful, clean tile work. The entire project was completed within a very tight time frame. I would hire Jake for future projects without hesitation.

We hired Jake Dowling for five substantial construction projects on our home and all five projects were absolutely seamless! Jake was the consummate professional from the initial size up to the end product. He has a very calm demeanor which allows him to listen to the homeowner which ultimately sets him aside from others in his field. He designed a covered garden bench structure in our backyard that is so unique and user-friendly that we spend most evenings using it. Not only does Jake have an amazing skillset to create and design epic work, he is very organized, clean, honest, and methodical. While tackling a complex kitchen remodel, we quickly got the impression that Jake was working on our house as if it was his own. He set the bar very high and as a result we will only hire him to work on our place.
