After hearing other people’s horror stories about kitchen remodeling, we were hesitant. But since we wanted to replace our tile counters with quartz, we contacted Daniel. Thanks to him and his crew, the job went smoothly, on time, and under budget. Daniel spent time and energy to find the exact appliances we wanted. Our kitchen looks updated and spacious. We are really happy with it.

Affordable Plumbing was doing some work at my home a little over a year ago when they discovered some serious issues in the bathroom. Daniel Shermis came out to take a look and prepare an estimate. Our first project together was a whole house remodel in Bonny Doon. With only modest changes to the floor plan the key elements here were the finishes. Daniel and his team did a terrific job accomplishing this work.

For Uncommon Brewers, working with the owner, Daniel brought me in as the designer. I can say with ‘exclamation points’ Daniel is an accomplished builder. He is thorough. He is keen on details and clarity. (This skill shines as the Brewery is a processing plant with precise tolerances). He brings a talented crew. He is patient, persistant, and he get’s after it. I hired Shermis Construction as the Carpentry and Poured Concrete Contractor for a major renovation at our residence in Bonny Doon in 2009. Daniel and his crew performed quality workmanship and got the job done in a reasonable length of time. Daniel listens to our needs, provides fair and realistic estimates, and does high-quality work in a timely fashion. He deftly handled all of the issues that could be anticipated with a commercial construction project of this size, and resolved every one of those that caught us off guard.
