Tony and Shannon constructed a new deck for us, complete with a redwood awning, heaters, and railing. Like with a kitchen remodel they did for us 5 years ago, A D Construction’s (now Urbana Design Studio) work was nothing short of transformative. They took our ideas and made them into works of art.

Tony and Shannon make an efficient and powerful team. Shannon’s design work (especially the color renderings that let us see the results before construction begins) is practical yet inspired. Tony’s planning and construction is top quality and beautiful. They are good people who take the time to listen to the homeowners, suggest alternatives, and stand by their work.

We can’t stress enough that their work is high quality and on budget. There is no other contractor that we would use. As proof, we scheduled our construction around their schedule because we would not use anyone else.

Hiring AD Construction (now Urbana Design Studio) for the remodel of my home in the Redwoods was the best decision I made. This was a big job that included a complete renovation of the kitchen, dining area, buffet, den, fireplace, stairway and foyer. Tony worked closely with my design team to execute against the plan, while bringing his own ideas and craftsmanship to the product. Tony and his team are true craftsmen. The attention to detail, knowledge of the construction process and creative contributions made my home remodel a true pleasure. I was informed of costs, timetable and progress at each step of the project. AD Construction (now Urbana Design Studio) truly cares about the quality of their works, and it shows! I appreciated the care, detail and attention that Tony provided for the project budget….Both Tony and Shannon were always available to listen to my concerns….Helped me with the selection of materials and finishes….Each of the subcontractors hired by Tony exemplified conscientious professionalism…the diligence, care and craftsmanship that Tony brought to my project were unequaled…In closing, I feel truly blessed that Tony and Shannon were my builder, friend and counselor the project.
